Marc F. Bendinelli

Marc F. Bendinelli is the founding shareholder of this firm. Mr. Bendinelli received his Bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh while earning the designation of "University Scholar," and graduating magna cum laude. He was awarded his Juris Doctorate designation from Regent University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Bendinelli earned distinction as a member of the Law Review where his work became nationally published. After graduating from Law School, he completed a judicial clerkship in the Federal District Court of Virginia, 4th district.

Mr. Bendinelli has litigated cases across the country and he has tried numerous cases to juries, successfully obtaining large verdicts.

Mr. Bendinelli is also very active with the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He has been honored to be a featured speaker for seminars that were held by this statewide organization. He has also served as faculty with the Young Lawyers Division. In doing so, he volunteers his time to train younger lawyers, increasing their skills and equipping them to become effective trial advocates.

Mr. Bendinelli's practice is devoted exclusively to representing individuals and families who suffer injury or death caused by the negligence or wrongful conduct of others. He, along with a full staff of litigation and investigative experts, ensures that each case is given thorough attention. Mr. Bendinelli works tirelessly to make sure that responsible parties are held accountable for all damages they cause, and strives to achieve justice for his clients.

Mark G. Mayberry

Mr. Mayberry received his bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law. He is a Colorado native and a second-generation lawyer serving Coloradoans.

Mr. Mayberry has been providing exceptional representation to clients facing criminal charges since 1989. He has successfully defended criminal cases in state and federal court. He also specializes in helping victims of medical negligence.

Mr. Mayberry’s personal philosophy includes a conviction that zealous representation must be provided to all clients. He believes that the best outcome can only be gained through preparation and tireless perseverance. His goals include achieving the best possible results for his clients, regardless of the strengths or weaknesses of a particular case.

B. Gerald "Jerry" Sumner

B. Gerald "Jerry" Sumner received his bachelor's degree from Faith Way Baptist College. Prior to his decision to attend law school (and while actively teaching), he also received his Master's Degree .

He then earned his law degree from Regent University School of Law where he distinguished himself as a member of the Law Review and Council of Graduate Students.

After becoming an attorney, Mr. Sumner continued to teach, ad has taught programs in both North Carolina and Colorado. Prior to moving to Colorado in 2000, Mr. Sumner worked for a major insurance company as in-house counsel for the claim's department. These experiences have culminated in a wealth of experience in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Bankruptcy. Mr. Sumner's clients are the recipient of his excellent representation, which is made possible from his rather unique history. His talent and reputation are only complimented by his tireless effort to serve his clients.

Mr. Sumner understands that medical and financial problems are commonly tied together, and can typically stem from a work injury. He has found that his two areas of practice (Workers’ Comp and Bankruptcy) can help clients get back on their feet. A quote from a former client sums up his goal for each and every client: "life is good again!"

Josh D. Stoll

After obtaining his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Clearwater Christian College, Josh went on to get his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law. While in law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Denise P. Lindberg in Utah’s Third Judicial District Court.

Upon graduation, Josh returned to his native Colorado to serve as a deputy district attorney for the Sixth Judicial District. At the District Attorney’s Office, he successfully tried many cases to a jury, served as the county court supervisor, and represented the office in the LaPlata County Drug Court Program.

Josh joined Bendinelli Law Firm P.C. to focus on civil litigation. He is excited about utilizing his courtroom advocacy skills to help people achieve justice. He is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Colorado Bar Association, and Colorado Criminal Defense Bar.

Blaine L. Milne

Blaine L. Milne graduated with distinction from the University of Southern Colorado in Pueblo with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Mr. Milne received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law and was elected the Outstanding Latino Law Student by the Latino Law Students’ Association upon graduation.

Both before and after law school, Mr. Milne obtained 17 years of experience working for insurance companies, evaluating and settling both personal injury and property damage claims. Mr. Milne’s work history has given him the unique opportunity of knowing how insurance companies evaluate various types of claims, and how to effectively present a client’s case in order to maximize the case’s value. Mr. Milne has personal experience with how insurance companies set policies, which result in unfair treatment to both claimants and their own clients. Currently, Mr. Milne receives great satisfaction when he can help people facing such obstacles.

Mr. Milne works as an associate attorney at Bendinelli Law Firm where he primarily assists with civil litigation cases. Mr. Milne is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
