Adam is an attorney admitted to practice law in Colorado and New York. He has practiced in state and federal courts in both states and has also handled cases in various courts across the country. Before joining Bendinelli Law Firm, he spent over a decade as an insurance defense litigation attorney. Adam’s civil litigation practice includes handling of a wide range of personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, FELA, bad faith claims, and coverage disputes. He has handled all aspects of personal injury litigation from inception of the claim through appeal and has argued before numerous appellate courts. Before joining Bendinelli Law Firm, Adam defended a national railroad against toxic torts claims stemming from long-term workplace exposure to various carcinogens. Adam had previously spent over a decade as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy that involved coaching a competitive undergraduate mock trial team that was then-ranked among the top 10% of teams in the country.
In addition to his legal practice, Adam dedicates significant energy towards volunteer activities. Adam serves as a member of the board of directors for the American Mock Trial Association (“AMTA”) – an academic non-profit that organizes mock trial for over 350 colleges and universities each year. Since 2017, Adam has also volunteered as a grant application screener for the Mockingbird Foundation – a non-profit that writes competitive grants to programs that provide youth music education services. Adam and his family are proud donors to Broomfield F.I.S.H.
Adam received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. After obtaining his law degree, Adam practiced at an Am Law 200 firm for over a decade in New York before moving to be closer with his family here in Colorado. In his spare time, Adam enjoys live music and spending time with his wife and son.
