Denver (Dara Zeier) — The National Trial Lawyers organization announced on August 4, 2023 that Julian Marco Bendinelli was named to the Top 40 Under 40.

Mr. Bendinelli is a passionate Denver personal injury lawyer, and his core belief is that personal injury victims are in dire need of excellent, ethical, and aggressive legal representation. Mr. Bendinelli is committed to representing each of his clients with personal care and attention, understanding that his clients are contacting him at possibly one of the worst times of their lives. All too often, the injured and their families are disrespected by insurance companies and even made to feel guilty for bringing legitimate claims to recover for their losses after an injury. Mr. Bendinelli is dedicated to securing a fair and just outcome for all of his clients, throughout Colorado, and promises that responsible parties will be held accountable.
Mr. Bendinelli obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the Colorado University of Denver. Throughout and after his undergraduate studies, and prior to his law degree, Mr. Bendinelli worked at his father’s practice for 6 years. As a man that always identified with the underdog, representing personal injury victims became his natural life’s calling. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where he received several distinguished recognitions. Mr. Bendinelli graduated on the Dean’s Honor List and was elected his Student Government Body Class Representative. While in law school, Mr. Bendinelli had the honor and the distinction as a Law Review Senior member and placed twice regionally for the ABA Client Counseling Competition.
After passing the Colorado Bar, he rejoined the Bendinelli Law Firm. Mr. Bendinelli fights for all of his clients as if they were one of his own friends or family.
